Parris Handicap 5K – Bigger, Better, Open to More Runners!
We’ve transformed the Parris Handicap into an open 5K handicap summer series, inviting runners from Beckenham RC, Petts Wood Runners, Bromley Vets, Orpington Road Runners, and Zero to Heroes to join the action! With more competition and excitement than ever, this series offers a fantastic opportunity to test yourself over four races at BBHAC HQ, Norman Park.

Wednesday 7th May – Test event (BBHAC Runners only and free to enter)
Wednesday 14th May (Part of BBHAC Summer Road GP & series opener)

Prizes for overall winners plus the Parris Trophy for BBHAC competitors (handicap times based on Run Britain 5K times, including Parkrun).

- Or choose single entries: £4 per event if pre-registered or £5 on the night
