The Blackheath and Bromley Athletics Academy
The Blackheath and Bromley Athletics Academy is the new development pathway for athletes aged 11-18 to provide event based training and monthly competition across several track and field disciplines! Coaching sessions are held at Norman Park Athletics Track with three time slots between 5pm-8:15pm!
The academy is the ideal opportunity for athletes without previous club level experience, allowing the development of the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the club’s elite groups!
We currently offer; sprints (long and short), distance (middle and long), hurdles, long jump, javelin, discus and shot put.

The academy uses internal competition days as assessment points for athletes, these events are for academy members only.
