Following on immediately after all the kids LYG races, was the SEAA London champs for U20s and seniors. We had 8 ladies take on the 6km tough Parliament hill course. Our scoring team of Chloe Sharp (6th), Naomi Kingston (10th), Morgan Squibb (18th) and Jennie Butler (41st), narrowly missed out on a bronze medal finishing in 4th. Our two under 20s, Islay Pearson and Olivia Magee Brown, finished a fantastic 3rd and 4th in the U20s race. 21 of our senior men took to the start line of the challenging 10km Senior Men’s race. With six ‘dads’ in the team, it had already been a long day. The scoring team of Kevin Fini (30th), Micah Evans(52nd), Graeme Lugar (62nd) and David Adams (73rd) finished a fabulous 11th. And Ted Marston finished 7th in the MU20 race.
